RUSSELL’S BARBECUE CELEBRATES 35 YEARS OF EXCELLENCE, RAISING $18,000 FOR GOLDEN PAWS ASSISTANCE DOGS
NAPLES, FLORIDA, November 10, 2021: Russell’s Barbecue, an invitation-only event hosted by PBS Contractors Owner, Russell Budd, brought over 200 guests and raised $18,000 for Golden PAWS Assistance Dogs last Friday. Typically hosted in both the spring and fall, this year’s event celebrated PBS’ 35 years of Excellence and was the first barbecue held since pre-COVID.
“We chose Golden PAWS Assistance Dogs as our beneficiary of choice for this Barbecue because we are honored to be building their permanent facility, opening in 2022,” Russell states. “Golden PAWS Assistance Dogs is a worthy cause, helping combat-wounded veterans and children with life-changing disabilities, and their families, find trained assistance dogs. Their organization’s mission aligns with the PBS purpose statement which includes Building Better Lives for Our Community.”
