PBS Contractors and Sunshine Ace Hardware are pleased to announce that they are breaking ground on their new 20,455 square foot retail space at Founders Square.
“This will be our second new store from the ground up in addition to countless renovations at other existing facilities for Sunshine Ace Hardware, some of which are underway now at other locations across Collier County,” says Russell Budd, owner of PBS Contractors.
“I have been privileged to work with Michael Wynn and the Wynn family for 20 years. We have not only built a friendship but a business relationship of trust. We look forward to working on their new Sunshine Ace location and more projects still to come.”
Michael Wynn, President of Sunshine Ace Hardware says, “we are delighted to bring the friendly, knowledgeable service our customers have come to expect from the Sunshine Family to Eastern Collier County. In January of 2023, we will open to help with all of your home repair and maintenance solutions as well as offer all the great brands you have come to expect.” Family- owned and operated company since 1958, Sunshine Ace has grown to include nine locations in Collier, Lee, Charlotte, and Pinellas counties, as well as two Crowder Bros. Ace Hardware stores in Manatee County. The North Naples store will be its fifth location in Collier County and 12th overall.
“As we all know, we receive some very intense weather and sometimes an occasional tropical storm or hurricane,” says David Minton, Senior Project Manager for PBS Contractors. “The building is backed up by a 58K propane generator, giving them the ability to continue service during and after such an event. We look forward to working with the Sunshine Ace Family on this exciting job.”
