PBS CONTRACTORS RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF THE 2022 BEST PLACES TO WORK IN SOUTHWEST FLORIDA
PBS Contractors was recently named as one of the 2022 Best Places to Work in Southwest Florida. This inaugural awards program was created in 2022 and is a project of Gulfshore Business and Best Companies Group.
This regional survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Southwest Florida, benefiting the region’s economy, its workforce, and businesses. The 2022 Best Places to Work in Southwest Florida list is made up of 16 companies.
“This award recognizes what those of us who work at PBS Contractors already knew…that we are one of the best places to work in Southwest Florida,” says Len Price, Director of Talent at PBS Contractors. “What makes this designation extra special is that it is based in large part on the input of our team.”
Companies from across the region entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Southwest Florida. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.
PBS Contractors will be recognized in the June edition of Gulfshore Business where the rankings will be revealed for the first time along with profiles of each winning company.
