Our thoughts go out to everyone in the community that has been impacted by the devastation of Hurricane Ian. We are thankful that our PBS Team and their families are safe. We are immensely grateful for the help and support SWFL is receiving from first responders and volunteers and as a community, will continue to restore and move forward.

Our office is open and operating under our normal hours of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and will continue to remain focused on “Re”Building Better Lives for our Team, for our Clients, and for our Community.

Post Hurricane Protection

As the community recovers from the destruction, please remember to protect yourself and your family members with these top five tips:

1: Stay safe during these devastating times. Remember to turn off your main breaker if power is lost and flooding has occurred. Continue to monitor updates from safety officials. Wear the appropriate safety gear when cleaning debris.

2: Please stay diligent when contacting general contractors. Ensure they are licensed and insured in the state of Florida before giving money or signing a contract. Click here to verify.

3: Contact your insurance company. Document and take photos of the damage and the demolition done after the storm.

4: Apply for FEMA assistance on their website or call 1-800-621-3362.

5: Do not engage with subcontractors or contractors that are requesting cash only. Request license and insurance information.
