NAPLES, FLORIDA, FEBRUARY 22, 2023: The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the NAHB Council have recognized PBS Contractors with a 2022 Remodeling Award in the Entire Home Renovation $1 million to $2 million category. PBS Contractors was the only builder in the state of Florida to take home a 2022 NAHB Remodeling Award.
This luxury home renovation in Park Shore was completed in collaboration with Chris Greider AIA, Susan Jamieson of Bridget Beari Designs, and SPM Photography. The project scope embraced custom features in every space, including the kitchen, butler pantry, great room, primary bedroom, secondary bedrooms, and powder room. The primary en suite contains all custom-made features.
The NAHB Remodeling Awards represents and recognizes the best in craftsmanship, innovation, and excellence in remodeling projects. Outstanding achievements are highlighted in project-based categories including home kitchen remodel, home bath remodel, home addition, entire home renovation, residential accessory dwelling unit, outdoor living space, creative use of living space, and areas specializing in the aging-in-place design and/or accessible home modifications.
