PBS CONTRACTORS STARTS WILMINGTON TRUST CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
NAPLES, FLORIDA, SEPT. 12, 2023: PBS Contractors announced today that it has begun a significant office renovation project for Wilmington Trust at 850 Park Shore Drive in Naples. Wilmington Trust is a leading provider of wealth and institutional services and a part of M&T Bank, one of the 15 largest U.S.-owned, commercial bank holding companies.
The scope of this project includes the interior demolition of the existing office and the renovation of numerous offices, two conference rooms, a lobby, a lounge area, and a top-notch employee break room.
“We are honored to partner with Wilmington Trust as their contractor of choice for the renovation of their new office suite in Naples,” says Andy Reed, Relationship Manager with PBS Contractors. “As they continue to expand their presence in the South Florida market area, we look forward to providing concierge services to the Wilmington Trust team, just as they have set the standard for providing tailored, wealth management and advisory services to their clients.”
Wilmington Trust provides services ranging from trust and estate, investment management, private banking, family office, and custom aviation, marine, art and unique property lending to clients in South Florida and all across the country.
“Naples is not a typical Florida town. It is not flamboyant. It does not flaunt its wealth. And perhaps most importantly, it cares deeply about the community,” said Curt Edwards, president of Wilmington Trust’s Southwest Florida offices. “At the same time, Wilmington Trust is not a typical wealth management firm. We have quietly and effectively served affluent families for over 120 years and I am extremely proud to have assembled a team that collectively has lived and worked here for over 100 years. We are delighted to be serving our community and we look forward to helping our clients chart a clear path forward for their families and their wealth.”
In the past two years, Wilmington Trust has expanded its staff and services in Naples and plans to continue to grow its presence in the region.
