PBS Contractors started with Russell’s passion for craftsmanship and commitment to delivering exceptional services. His vision of focusing on superior quality, client satisfaction, and building lasting relationships has set the foundation for PBS Contractors’ reputation. After decades of success, Russell handed the reins to Tim Dupre in 2019. Tim’s leadership has driven PBS to evolve with innovation, staying ahead of trends while staying true to the company’s core values.

Meet Tim Dupre

President & CEO

Tim started his construction career at fourteen to pay his way through a home-schooled education. While working for his grandfather, a local general contractor, he learned the basics of construction, and after high school, he started with Conditioned Air. For 24 years, Tim worked his way through the company learning all aspects of the business. After watching Russell Budd build PBS over the years, Tim was ready for the next phase of his life, and in December 2021, he became President & CEO of PBS Contractors.

The culture, Purpose Statement, and commitment to the 28 Fundamentals made PBS an excellent fit for Tim. This foundation, paired with his passion for leading, is driving PBS into a new era of growth.

Meet Russell Budd

Founder

After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida in 1981, he returned to Naples, becoming a state Certified General Contractor the following year. Through the application of his talents, Russell was able to found PBS Contractors in 1986 and has managed the general contracting firm ever since. In every project the company undertakes, Russell aims to impact those involved in a way that truly enriches their lives.
