When you think of Naples, Florida, pristine beaches, upscale shopping, and breathtaking sunsets might come to mind. But there’s another side to Naples that’s equally impressive – its luxury construction industry. This summer, I had the privilege of interning with a prominent luxury builder, PBS Contractors in Naples, and the experience left me in awe of the incredible work culture and unwavering commitment to detail that defines this company.
The cornerstone of any luxury builder’s reputation is the quality of their work. In Naples, this isn’t just a standard – it’s a way of life. My internship began with an expectation that emphasized the importance of craftsmanship and attention to detail. I quickly realized that in this luxury market, every nail, every tile, and every finish had to meet the highest standards.
