THE SCOPE
Pampered Pet Resorts is a premier daycare and boarding facility boasting 9500 square feet of indoor space along with three separate outdoor spaces that is open and staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. An indoor area with state-of-the-art technology was required as well as a customized outdoor play area complete with water features and splash pad to keep the dogs cool.

THE PROBLEM
The vision of the owner was to create a safe, playful and secure resort stay for family pets. Therefore, several unique features were thoughtfully integrated into the plans.
THE SOLUTION
- A large LED screen streaming live cams from the kennel and play areas.
- Advanced security system with 12 cameras allowing for full live-stream coverage of both indoor and outdoor areas.
- State of the art HEPA Air Filtration System cycling air every 20 minutes through the entire building capturing 99.95% of particles passing through.
- Emergency 80 KW GENRAC natural gas generator powering the resort to 100% capacity that would eliminate power disruptions in event of a natural disaster.
- FDA approved, restaurant-grade custom cleaning system that is specific to high-capacity animal resorts.
THE PBS ADVANTAGE
Two custom-cantilevered shade structures were ordered from Texas: One double shade weighing 3700 pounds and measuring 20’x42’x12′ and one 30’x30’ single shade both with heavy duty removable canvas and lighting for night use. The shades have a 6’ round base and lie 7’ into the ground rated for 166 MPH winds.
