Those are our Field Managers. And the glue that holds it all together comes from the Leadership and Operational Support teams. These folks don’t usually carry a hammer or measuring tape, but they provide the toolbox needed to get it all done. These would include the Marketing & Events Staff, the Accounting, Administrative, and People Operations group, and a team that keeps the Project and Field Managers on task, who we call Assistant Project Managers.
