NAPLES, FLORIDA, OCTOBER 12, 2023: PBS Contractors has joined in the renovation of Bonita Beach Club located at 25730 Hickory Blvd, Bonita Springs, following Hurricane Ian’s destruction last fall.
The scope of work includes a renovation of the common areas of the five buildings, which includes a fitness room, game room, meeting room, laundry room, and lounge area. Residents will again enjoy their sunset views, leisure activities, and the Old Florida lifestyle they have enjoyed for decades.
“After a thorough and thoughtful analysis of potential contractors by two of Bonita Beach Club owners, themselves out-of-state contractors, we chose PBS Contractors to advise, guide, and supervise our post-Hurricane Ian renovation,” says Harlan Stueven, Bonita Beach Club President. “PBS staff have been responsive, facilitative, directive, and focused. We are very pleased with how our renovation is progressing.”

Bonita Beach Club is the last complex on the north end of Bonita Beach and Little Hickory Island. The facility has just under two hundred condominium units. Each condominium features balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico, with some units offering Gulf and Bay views.
