Chris Crisan from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager
Kathy Smart from Vice President of Marketing & Sales to Chief Marketing Officer
Len Price from Director of Talent to Chief People Officer
In his role as a Senior Project Manager, Chris Crisan is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the construction and/or renovation of homes, condominiums, and commercial projects. Currently, Chris’s projects include PJK Chinese Neighborhood Chinese restaurant and Holocaust Museum & Cohen Education Center.
As Chief People Officer, Len Price will oversee the hiring and cultivation of the PBS Team by attracting the very best to join the PBS Team. Len served 30 years as a government manager and administrator before returning to her roots when she joined PBS in October 2021.
In her role as Chief Marketing Officer, Kathy’s responsibilities include managing brand awareness, designing strategic promotional plans, and developing effective sales strategies. With over 30 years of marketing and sales experience, PBS Contractors hired Kathy as Director of Marketing in the summer of 2010.
