THE PROBLEM

The areas were dated and did not reflect the increasing values of the residential units.

THE SOLUTION

Marble finishes along with the installation of floor-to- ceiling custom wood panels, new bar area, and luxurious, new carpet were installed. Updating the TV equipment and modernizing the social areas brought the level of luxury valued by these Park Shore residents.

THE PBS ADVANTAGE

We installed new Lobby Chandelier over the reception desk which was completed after hours allowing the lobby to stay operational.
